Dispatch & Location

For usual deliveries, 48–72 hours are required to dispatch. Our dispatches usually take 2–3 working days. Delivery might take up to 5–7 working days.

Our headquarters are located in Noida, U.P., India. Our orders are shipped from India/US Warehouse.

Promotional Coupons

  • You may avail the benefits of Promotional Coupons/Codes only on products that are shown at full price.
  • No two Promotion Code/Coupons can be used in a single purchase or in a single customer order for the same Product(s).

Shipping Process

  • Once the payment has been received and credited to our account, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS.
  • Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges & Duties

  • USA: We provide free shipping within the USA for orders above USD 199. Order delivery in the USA is based on Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning customers need not pay additional duty or taxes.
  • International (Non-USA): A $60 shipping fee will be charged. Applicable taxes and duties are calculated based on the destination and cart value. You can choose to pay duties/taxes on the website or directly to the courier provider.
  • Route Protection: Add Route at checkout for just $1.95 to protect your package against loss, theft, and damage.

We ship orders through various third-party courier and logistics service providers. The cost of shipping is calculated and included in the price displayed at checkout.

Transit time post-dispatch is approximately 4–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If the shipping address provided is inaccurate or incomplete, delivery may be delayed. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages due to incorrect addresses.

We do ship to PO Boxes; however, we require you or your authorized person to collect your order.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver again as per their schedule. You can also contact the courier's local office to reschedule.

Once the shipment is handed over to you, the risk of loss/damage becomes your responsibility.

Add Route at checkout for just $1.95 to protect your package against loss, theft, and damage.

Once you reach the final checkout page, the Website will reflect the final price which you are required to pay.

Taxes & Duties

  • For USA deliveries, the price is inclusive of applicable taxes and duties (shipping charges excluded).
  • For other countries, shipping charges are added at checkout, and additional taxes & duty charges may be applicable depending on the country. You may pay these on the website or directly to the courier.

Order and Shipping - 

  • We provide free shipping to territories within India, for all orders of Products validly placed on the Website as per the terms herein.
  • Once the payment for the certain Product/goods/items has been received by us and has been credited in our account (“order” or “Order”), you will receive a confirmation email and a SMS of Order Receipt/confirmation.
  • Upon confirmation of your order, we will process the order within 3-5 working days. We shall also send you the tracking details for your order before we ship your order. You can track the status of the delivery of your order here
  • Orders are packed and shipped between Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. In case any order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or any public holiday, the same will be processed and shipped in the next business day(s). Please note that business days may refer to, and exclude, notified holidays, public holidays and/or bank holidays.
  • All taxes payable by you are included in the retail price displayed and the amount which is charged from you at the time of purchase/delivery of Product(s).
  • Please note that, we ship orders through various third-party courier and logistics service providers, with whom we only have a commercial and business relationship and not one of agency or contractor/sub-contractor.
  • The cost of shipping is not charged from the User.
  • Transit time post dispatch 3 - 5 business days.
  • Delivery times are always provided on best endeavored basis estimates, and are not guaranteed.
  •  INR 300 will be charged in case of reship after RTO or Delivery not accepted.
  • If the shipping/delivery address provided by you is inaccurate or incomplete, in that case the delivery of the order may be delayed. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped, due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or reasons attributable to you.
  • The courier and logistics services provider may also share the status of the delivery of your order or contact you to check your availability for delivering the order. If you are not available at the time of the delivery of the order, they will take the order back and mark it as not delivered and will try again as per their schedule. You can also contact the courier service provider’s local office and reschedule the delivery. As soon as a relevant courier service provider hands over the shipment to you/the consignee, the risk of Losses/Damage/Damages of order or in regards to the order, is your responsibility and on yours/the customer’s account.

Once you reach the final checkout page, the Website will reflect the final price which you are required to pay for delivery of your order (“Price”).

The said Price is inclusive of the shipping charges, and the applicable taxes.
