Ans. All items that are marked final sale have been marked down in price and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color or style. We understand purchasing Final Sale items can be difficult, so please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.

Ans. You can refer to our ‘size conversion chart and size guide’ by Product category. Though the look and feel of each Product is different, hence the silhouette will have unique measurements. For exact measurements on a style, please contact us at customercare@rococosand.com with your waist, hip, and bust measurements so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.
Ans. Upon the receipt of the returned Product, we will inspect and notify if the returned Product is approved for a Return. Once approved, We will refund the Product cost to you in the form of “Refund to store credit” or “Refund to original payment method” (As preferred by you at the time of filling the Return Form). In the case of “Refund to store credit”, the credit can be used to repurchase within a period of 365 (Three hundred sixty five) days. Store Credits can only be used once and will not be reissued in the event of a Return.
Ans. In cases wherein you have not been charged during checkout/purchase for shipping, USD 30 within USA and USD 60 outside USA shall be deducted from the Return/store credit amount.
